Create users in Capturi
Given your role as Owner, you have the possibility to create and invite new users to Capturi.
Everyone who Capturi import conversations for will automatically be added as Agents, but for them to have access to Capturi, the a user with the Owner role will have to send them an invite.

How to create a new user
Click "create user" in the upper right corner
Fill out name, role and e-mail
Check that the "send email" i checked if you wish to send an invitation straight away.
Click create
The user will receive and email with a link to Capturi.
