Download audio file

There may be various reasons why you want to download a conversation to be able to access it outside the Capturi platform.

And this is of course possible.

You can download each conversation via the conversation page.

How to download a conversation:

1. Open the conversation page

2. Find and open the conversation you wish to download

3. Click the three dots in the upper right corner

4. choose download

How to download an audio snippet from the library

1. Open the library page

2. Find the snippet you wish to download

3. Click the thre dots in the right side of the snippet. (appears on hoover)

4. Choose download
