How to export data from Capturi to a CSV file.
When you analyse and listen to conversations in Capturi, you might want to use the data and information you discover in relation to other tasks within your organization. We have made it easy for you to download conversations to the CSV-format so you are able to move data from Capturi to other systems.
You are able to export conversations from the following pages: Conversations, Activity and Interaction. The CSV-file will contain information such as date, length, number of questions, trackers and so much more 🚀
How to export your conversations to a CSV-file:
Go to either Conversations, Activity or Interaction
Segment or filter the conversations you wish to export
Click "Export"
You will be able to find a CSV-file in your downloads
