How to invite one or more users to Capturi
With the role Owner, you have the possibility to create and invite new users to Capturi.
Everyone who Capturi import conversations for will automatically be added as Agents, but for them to have access to Capturi, the a user with the Owner role will have to send them an invite.
If a new user is not already and agent, you will have to create the user. Follow the link below to see how this is done.
How to send an invite to an agent:
Open the Agents tab and find the person you wish to invite
Click the "invite" button in the right side
Check that the email is correct
Click invite
