Setting permissions in Capturi
As an 'Owner' you can manage permissions on a granular level for each individual user.
Depending on the users role you can either grant or remove the users permission to create, edit and delete the following functionalities:
Dashboard
Trackers
Segment
Score
Library
Quality assurance
Reports
It's also possible to manage if a user should be able to play conversations and download audio files.
It is only users with the role 'Owner' who can access the 'Organisation page' and thus edit the permissions.
