Puzzel - integration via FTP/SFTP

To establish a connection between Puzzel and Capturi, an SFTP setup including a 'user' must be created at Puzzel.

Fortunately, it's fairly simple 🙂

Follow the steps below.

  1. The SFTP setup can be easily ordered by creating a Ticket with 'Puzzel support' on their 'Help portal' (https://help.puzzel.com/submit-a-ticket).

  2. Use the following template or follow the guide at the bottom of the page.

Hello Puzzel,

We wish to provide Capturi A/S with access to stereo recordings via an SFTP server AND provide them access to SQL Rawdata.

  • The IP address that should have access is: 77.243.59.234

  • Recordings must be configured to be in Stereo

  • The recording format should be WAV (PCM 128 kbps)

  • Capturi should also have access to SQL Rawdata
