Administration of Roles in Capturi
Capturi has four different roles
Owner
Has access to all data and configuration in the platform, as well as the Organisation page and thus user administration.Administrator
Has access to all data and configuration in the platform and can see data from all conversations. Does not have access to the Organisation pageTeamleader
Has the same options as the Administrator but can only see data from and listen to conversations on his/her own team.User
Only has access to data and statistics from his/her own conversations. Cannot configure trackers, dashboards etc. in the platform.
It is only the Owner who can edit a users role.
